Surely I can get a package to do what I need ?

Of course. There are many packages to meet many requirements - we develop some ourselves. However, you may need to be prepared to change your business operations to use the package, or be prepared to pay the consultancy that may be required to try to get it to meet your way of working. What we offer is software that works for you, that sets you apart from competitors, and at a sensible price.

If you do go the package route - try to ensure you do not need bespoke enhancements. You should try to avoid having any bespoke enhancements needing to be kept in step with package upgrades.

Isn't it going to take less time to implement a package ?

It can do. However there are advantages in looking at your processes with a software analyst - it is likely you will come out of the exercise with more efficient processes and software helping you work the way you want to work.

What about my current data ?

We will work with you to put your existing data into the new database. If the information is present and accessible we will be able to load it into your new database.

Should I look off-shore - it must be cheaper to get it developed overseas ?

The headline price may be cheaper, but we provide a UK presence, and staff that are accessible, and able to sit down at your offices when required. And you may be surprised on price. We start with our Application template so you start with great features as standard and an easy to use environment before we even begin to introduce your specific requirements. We demonstrate the Application Template to you face to face - so there are no surprises.
